This website is operated by New Leaf Tools LLC ("we", "us"), which sells digital business templates under the Simple Quotes brand. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Purchase information. When you buy, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email address, billing country or postal code, and order details. We never see or store your full card number.
- Advertising and analytics data. We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, and may use Google Ads and Google Analytics tags. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to measure visits, see which ads lead to purchases, and show relevant ads. They may collect your IP address, browser information, pages viewed, and ad click identifiers. For purchases, a one-way hashed (encrypted) version of your email address may be shared with Meta and Google to match the conversion to an ad.
- Campaign information. If you arrive from an ad or link with tracking tags (such as UTM parameters, gclid or fbclid), we store them in your browser for up to 30 days and attach them to your order so we know which campaigns work.
- Anonymous site analytics. We count page views and steps like viewing the preview, opening checkout and completing a purchase, so we can improve the site. This uses no cookies and stores no IP address or personal details: only the page, an anonymous per-visit ID that ends when you close the tab, your approximate country and region, device type (phone, tablet or desktop), and the referring website. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free.
- Basic server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site.
How we use information
- To process your order and deliver your download
- To send receipts and respond to support requests
- To measure and improve our website and advertising
- To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing data with advertising platforms for measurement and ad targeting may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some US state laws.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and use your browser's privacy controls or extensions to limit tracking.
- You can manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings.

Service providers
Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and security), Meta Platforms (advertising measurement), and Google (advertising measurement and analytics). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
Retention
We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. Browser-stored campaign tags expire after 30 days.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
