Terms of Sale & Refund Policy

These terms apply to purchases of Simple Quotes products from New Leaf Tools LLC ("we", "us"). By buying, you agree to them.

What you're buying

The Quote and Scope Kit is a one-time digital download: 8 documents as editable Word (.docx) files with matching PDFs (16 files) in one zip. The price is $39 USD plus any applicable tax, charged once. It is not a subscription, and it doesn't include updates, consulting, customization, or legal services.

Delivery

Your download is available right after payment on the confirmation page. Bookmark that page to download again later. If you have trouble, contact newleaftoolsllc@gmail.com.

License

You may use, edit, and reuse the templates for your own business, including by your employees and for documents you send your own customers, on any number of jobs. You may not resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the templates themselves (edited or unedited), or publish them as templates or products.

Not legal advice

The templates are general business resources. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice, they haven't been reviewed by an attorney for your situation, and using them doesn't create an attorney-client relationship. You are responsible for completing them accurately, choosing your own terms and prices, and having a qualified professional review any contract terms for your business and location. We don't guarantee that any document is enforceable, compliant, or suitable for a particular purpose, or that a quote will be accepted or paid.

Refunds

Because the files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales are final, except as follows. If your download is defective or doesn't open, or the files are materially different from what's described on this site, contact newleaftoolsllc@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. We'll fix the problem or, if we can't, refund your purchase. This doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the products are provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or disputes with your customers.

Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in effect when you bought apply to your purchase.
